I am Volkmar, a self-employed nurse with more than 10 years of experience in intensive care nursing in Germany. With my nursing background, experience with international patients and current administrative role in the emergency department of a private hospital in Mallorca, I can support patients and families calmly, discreetly and in several languages.

When Is Medical or Hospital Support Useful?

Support can be helpful when patients or relatives want more reassurance, orientation and clear communication.

• discharge, return travel or further care needs to be prepared

NC4U does not replace hospital staff. The support is intended to provide personal assistance, orientation, communication and additional reassurance.

Insurance & Possible Reimbursement

Depending on the private health insurance or supplementary insurance policy, certain private support or nursing services may be reimbursable.

Please check directly with your insurance provider in advance to confirm whether reimbursement is possible and which documents or invoice details may be required.

NC4U can provide a clear invoice for the support provided, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

You receive an individual quotation depending on location, duration, level of support, urgency and possible coordination.

The support is provided personally, discreetly and in several languages.

5. Feedback

If requested, a brief update can be provided to relatives after the appointment or visit.
